I'm still slowly dropping the inches and weight. I'm feeling really comfortable with my eating plan and still marvelling at the lack of cravings and binging like I had in the past before switching to a keto lifestyle.
This weekend I am going to try making parmesan crackers so will post more on that later. I think they will pair well with pepperoni or other meats and might be a good addition to a salad.
Made my first batch of homemade mayo and while it tastes different than Hellman's Mayo, it's not different in a bad way, just a bit of a different flavor. I am going to experiment with adding in stevia, vinegar and a few spices. But, overall, I am really happy with it and thrilled that I am not consuming any unhealthy oil (the recipe is made with light olive oil).
